Here we post a free distribution of our iTCP system
implementation and experiment testbed. Interested researchers can
experiment iTCP with the video transcoder developed at our medianet research
lab.
To use the distribution, download the following user document and the
three (tar.gz) files, then follow the detailed instructions in the user
document.
